“Macy was an AMAZING wedding planner! We got the pence package and from day 1, Macy did not disappoint. She was always super excited about the wedding and very responsive to emails when I had questions. She was actually, at first, our point of contact for our photographer (Bakerture) and we loved our meeting with her, so after finding out she also does wedding planning, my husband and I immediately contacted her to see if she could also be our wedding planner. I’m so glad we did because it make the whole wedding planning and day-of process go by so smoothly! I also love that she provides access to Aisle Planner (a shared wedding planning website), which we used every inch of (from budgeting, to design, to the guest list, etc.) I received so many compliments from my vendors about how on top Macy was with everything. In an age of Pinterest and DIY, we felt very confident in planning our own wedding. (HA!!!) There are so many useful apps and websites that can walk you through the process. There’s just one missing detail: HUMAN HELP! Macy helped make our wedding possible in so many ways. The internet can tell you what to do, but it can’t help you actually do it!

As a proactive professional, Macy reached out to us offering her services. I could not have been more grateful for the outstretched hand. I was feeling buried and overwhelmed in the daunting tasks ahead. She travelled to meet me over coffee. That first meeting we mostly just spent time together. Through her incredible professionalism and class, she was also very personable. She wanted to know about us as individuals and as a couple. We talked about everything under the sun. I began to feel as if I was wasting her time since we hadn’t really even mentioned wedding planning yet. I soon came to realize, Macy seeks to make your wedding truly reflect your love and lifestyle. By the end of the first meeting, we felt a deep understanding of one another.

Macy is incredibly organized and prompt. You can rely on Macy. I would message her random messages at insane times of the day and she always had a calming informed answer. She offered non-biased, helpful advice when deciding what to include and what to skip for the big day. As amazing as family is, there is something so reassuring and peaceful as seeking assistance from a professional that really wants the best for you.

Macy goes out of her way to take care of her clients so that they can be immersed in the moment. On the day of, Macy drove all over town ensuring we had everything we needed and our vendors were where they should be. Macy remained positive and in charge all day. She worked through multiple obstacles thrown her way such as a missing bartender, late catering, and our Uncle having a heat stroke! Rest assured, he is doing well! We would not have made it through the day alive without her working tirelessly behind the scenes to keep everyone in check.

Our wedding was out in the middle of the woods. Macy had enough forethought to create an Emergency Kit which was put to great use! If she was not there, we would not have had a wedding video! Our videographer was taken over by extreme allergies as soon as we were on location. The poor woman could not even open her eyes as tears were pouring down her face! Bless the Lord for Macy as she whipped out allergy medicine to save the day.

There are so very many forgotten details when it comes to planning a wedding. Do not let all those details fall under your to-do list as a bride and groom, because I can promise you, you will not be able to get to them all. Macy is a passionate, knowledgeable and deeply caring coordinator, planner, and friend. You will be in amazing hands when you make her a part of your beautiful process.
